cool it properly. Add to it Anar Juice, colour and a few drops of essence. Mix it and  ll fruit syrup in clean
         and dry bottles. Seal them properly. The same recipe and procedure may be applied in Pine Apple and
         other fruit syrups.



         Almond Fruit Syrup

                 Recipe
                 Sugar               1 kg
                 Water               ½ litre
                 Citric Acid         1 Tsf. (5g)

                 Almond Kernel       50-100 g
                 Rose water          1 Cup
                 Or Essence          6 to 8 Drops

                 Green Ellaichi      8-10 No's
         Procedure:-
                 Take water add to it required quantity of sugar and Citric Acid. Boil it properly and  lter   it
         through any muslin cloth. Keep the Almond Kernels already deep in luke warm water. Remove their skin
         and grind them into very  ne  paste in a Mixer-Cum blender by adding Rose water to it. Filter it through
         any sieve and take it milk extract. Grind again the residue and mix with the sugar syrup. Add a little
         quantity of water of Green Ellaichi and saffron threads. Boil them for 4-5 minutes. Add its extract to the
         syrup Mix it properly and  ill syrup in dry bottles. Seal them keep at any cool place.
                                                        Drink


         Mango Nectar
                 Recipe
                 Mango Pulp          1 kg
                 Sugar               300 g

                 Water               3½ litres

                 Citric Acid         15g
         Procedure:-

                 Select fully ripe mangoes, wash them properly and peel them. Take their pulp. Slightly boil it and
         add to it required quantity of sugar and water. Boil it again and  lter it through any malmal cloth. Fill hot
         drink in clean bottles, seal them and pasteurize for 30 minutes in boiling water. Take out the bottles cool
         them and keep at any cool place. This will be ready to serve. Do not keep the opened bottle for longer
         periods. It should be consumed immediately or kept in refrigerator for some time.





         Amla Drink
                 Recipe

                 Amla juice                         1 kg
                 Lime juice                         160 ml
                 Adrak juice                        80-100ml
