Haldi 10g
Red Chilli Powder 20g
Procedure:-
Take fresh lime fruit wash it and cut into 2 to 4 halves, add minimum 20 % of the salt to the pieces
also add all the other spices, mix properly and keep the pickle in any container for a period of ifteen days,
irst lime juice will be released from the pieces and subsequently it will be again absorbed by the pieces
when the skin of the fruit becomes soft and bitterness is removed. This pickle will be ready for taste and
will be without oil.
Lime Pickle with Oil
Recipe:
Lime 1 kg
Salt 200g
Black Salt 20g
Ajwain 20g
Mirch Powder 20g
Haldi Powder 10g
Black Pepper 10g
Mustard oil 150g
Container 1kg.
Procedure:-
Same Procedure as in case of lime pickle without oil. In this case mustard oil is added with is
irst boiled and cooled and mixed with the pickle properly
Sweet and Sour Lime Pickle
Recipe:-
Lime 1kg
Salt 150g
Black Salt 20g
Sugar 250g
Ajwain 30g
Mirch powder 10g
Black pepper 5g
Zeera 5g
Moti Elachi 3gms
Procedure:-
Same procedure as in case of lime pickle without oil. In this case sugar and mustered oil is added.
Boil the oil irst, cool and add to the pickle and mixed with the pickle properly.
